Indian Dietary Plans

You are what you eat, is a catch phrase which has gained immense popularity. This philosophy has been followed in India since Time immemorial The Yogis, the practitioners of traditional medicine, nautropaths and Ayurveda all follow this principle.

Some dietary plans are recommended for certain diseases and ailments in traditional Indian medicine. Certain foods are considered harmful, some beneficial for certain medical conditions.

I have tried to give here some dietary plans which I feel should be beneficial to those suffering from a lot of diseases and ailments. These are traditional Indian dietary plans followed in the field of naturopathy and traditional Indian medicine.
