In the past I had given some traditional Indian remedies for Motion Sickness.This is a common complaint, but those who suffer from this ailment, travel by road, air or sea becomes a pain.

This is another remedy for motion sickness. This remedy is a Homeopathic one, but is really simple and is said to be proven to work, so no harm in trying it.

A couple of days before the journey and on the day of the journey take this Homeopathic preparation.

Cocculus 30c, 4 tablets, 3 times a day. Remember not to eat or drink anything half an hour before and after taking this medicine.
