How to sit in an office as per Feng Shui

How to sit in an office as per Feng Shui? A question asked most often; especially by those undergoing troubled times. Feng Shui says that even if the layout and décor of the office is beautiful and eye catching; if your sitting position is faulty; it has a harmful effect upon you. Here are some Feng Shui tips on the sitting positions in the office. These tips are similar to those given in the Indian science of Vastu Shastra.

The table of the main director or the boss of the office should never be facing the main entrance door. It should be placed in a corner; far away from the main door. If placed opposite the main door it will have a harmful effect upon peace, harmony and the concentration in the room, and this will adversely affect the boss.

It is also advisable not to sit in a place where there is a window positioned exactly behind you. This makes your position unstable, transferable and mobile.

There should be a wall positioned behind you; a wall is said to be like a mountain; rock solid; it always gives protection.

The door or entrance to the room or office should always be in the range of your visibility as you can see who enters the room; this gives protection from unpleasant surprises.
