Kaal Sarp Yog Dosh Nivaran Puja
The Kaal Sarp Yog Dosh Nivaran Puja can be performed by you on your own without going to any of the Tirth Kshetras, famous for conducting such Poojas or engaging the services of a Brahmin, to perform the Pooja on your behalf. This will not only save your time and money; but also give you the satisfaction of having performed the Pooja yourself.
The Kaal Sarp Yog Dosh Nivaran Pooja is to be performed on an Amavasya, which falls on any Wednesday, the following steps have to be followed –
For the Pooja purpose you have to purchase 3 small Nags, 1 made of Silver, I made of Copper and 1 made of Lead.
At the time of the Pooja you have to wear the clothes which you have worn many times before. What I mean to say is the clothes should not be new.
These 3 Nags have to be kept in a Pooja Thali.
Remembrance of Ganesha, the Kuladevta and Navanag has to be done in the mind. Likewise remember your forefathers and ancestors and seek their blessings. If you do not know your Kuledevta, there is no need to become disheartened – read this post - Kuldevta Mantra .
Then you have to chant the Vishnu Sahasranamam and the Navanag Stotra.
Then a small prayer has to be said to the 3 Nags in the Pooja Thali that all your trouble, money problems, health problems, family problems, job problems, depression and all the other problems you are facing should be resolved and that you have done the Kaal Saarp Dosh Pooja to be free from this Dosh; so please accept my Pooja.
Then the Silver Nag has to be kept in a temple of Shiva. The other 2 Nags should be immersed in a river or the sea.
Then the clothes you have worn should be donated to a poor and needy person.
After this you can wear a Nag Ring and the Mantra ॐ राहवे केतवे नमः – Om Rahave Ketve Namah ||; should be chanted 18,000 times, in a few days.
Every Wednesday you can read the Vishnu Sahasranamam.

How will one come to know if he has a Kaalsarpyog dosh?
ReplyDeleteI am asking because in this era of commercialization, some pandits, also give false information even if someone doesn't have any such problems, just to earn some money.
All the Planets have to be positioned between Rahu and Ketu.
DeleteHowever there is a point of view of some astrologers that Kaal Sarp Yog does not affect anyone.

ReplyDeleteI'm going through severe mental torture. On August 19th till 8 11am is Amavasya which falls on Wednesday. Please let me know if I can perform the Puja at midnight as soon as Wednesday begins and complete the worship before 8 am. Because river is 130 kms far from Bangalore. It takes a minimum of 4 hours travel. So if I complete the worship by 2-3 am, only then I can immediately travel to river to offer the two nags. Later of the day I will keep the silver nag in Shiva temple after coming back to bangalore. Please suggest me if I'm in very desperate need of your suggestion at this point in time.

ReplyDeleteI was able to perform this remedy and have done the offerings in the river and shivling as prescribed. However I tried purchasing the naflg ring exploring every shops but failed to get nag ring. I have ordered online and awaiting delivery after which i will start reciting the mntra 18000 times Alongside i will wash that clothes used for Pooja .i will offer to someone needy in the coming days. Please be kind to let me know if this is fine.
