Healing Diseases by Rudraksha Water
The healing and medicinal properties of Rudraksha are well know and documented. Many diseases and ailments can be cured by the use of the Rudraksha. In this post, I will explain how Rudraksha Jal [Rudraksha Water] is prepared and how this water can be used to treat and heal diseases and ailments, including some serious ones.
How to Prepare Rudraksha Jal
Take a clean and shinning Copper Utensil, put fresh and clean drinking water into it, and then put the Rudraksha [any genuine Rudraksha will do] in the water. The Rudraksha has to be soaked in the water for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 12 hours.
Then the Rudraksha Jal has to be poured into another clean utensil, even a steel utensil will do. Then the copper utensil should be cleaned and the same procedure should be used to prepare the Rudraksha Jal for the next day.
Rudraksha Jal for Specific Diseases
Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, Stomach Disease, Brain Disease and Tuberculosis – 4 to 5 tablespoons of Rudraksha Water 3 to 3 times daily. In the morning, the water should be taken after going to the toilet, but before taking tea, coffee or any other food or beverage.
Uneasiness, Swollen Stomach and Excess Gas – 2 to 3 tablespoons, 2 to 3 times a day.
Coughs and Cold, Sneezing or Blocked Nose – 2 to 3 Drops, inserted into both the nostrils is said to give relief.
Ear Pain – 2 to 3 drops of the water should be inserted into both the ears, after inserting the drops in one ear, the practitioner, should lay on one side for a few minutes and then insert the drops into the other ear.
Eye Pain, Eye Infection and Burning Eyes – Sprinkling the Eyes with Rudraksha Water give relief.
For Passing Clear Urine – 3 to 4 teaspoons of Rudraksha Water should be taken 3 to 4 times daily.
