The practitioner has to take a Seven Fingers long stick of the Apamarga Plant, the common name of this plant in English is Prickly Chaff Flower or Devil's Horsewhip and the Botanical name is  Achyranthes aspera. 

The practitioner should take the stick in his hand and chant the Vashikaran Mantra given in this post 31 times to infuse it with the mantra.

Then he has to put this infused wood in the home of the desired person. This puts the desired person under a strong Vashikaran Spell.
