Hindu Mantras for Positive Thoughts
Positive thoughts indicate the free flow of positive and vibrant energy circulating throughout the body; whereas negative thoughts, indicate the lack of this vibrant energy. Doubt, suspicions, fear, uncertainty, indecisiveness, anger, hate, jealously and other such similar emotions indicate the lack of positive energy.

ReplyDeleteNeel Sir, Please give any powerful mantra for daily gym workout, as I always loose motivation and interest for gym bodybuilding every after 2 days. I have a lot of interest in gym bodybuilding but after seeing dumbells, I don't get motivated and I give up very easily. I know this is very weird questions you might be reading but It is truth of my life and I want to become real body builder and I want to participate in bodybuilding championship. But how? I don't know? I am very much depressed that Why I can't? Sorry for this Weird Question? But please reply me!
