Surya Mantra to stop Headaches
A simple 3 letter Health Mantra to stop Headache is given here in this post. This mantra is different from the Shabar Mantras for the same purpose I have given earlier. This mantra is one of the names by which Surya is addressed and forms part of the 1000 names contained in the Surya Sahasranamavali.
The person suffering from chronic headaches and severe migraine who does not get relief from medicines can try this Sadhana. Lie down comfortably on the bed, close your eyes and lightly concentrating the mind on the part of the head experiencing pain; chant this mantra for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes open your eyes. You will experience that the pain has subsided or completely vanished.

Sometimes, they r specific to eclipse, which is very strange but true!

ReplyDeleteI get very bad headaches . Infact , after 3 days of severe migraine , today I had to go to urgent care to take injections to get rid of headache. I will try this mantra next time .
