Mantra to stop excessive rainfall

This is an Indian Tantrik Mantra Sadhana to control and stop excessive rainfall. The Sadhak has to bring some Bhasma [ash] from a Funeral Pyre from a Smashan Bhoomi [Hindu Graveyard]. Then a new brick has to be taken and 4 vertical lines have to be made on it using the Bhasma. Then another new brick has to be placed on top of it, covering the lines.

This done the Mantra which is given below has to be chanted 108 times and then the 2 bricks have to be buried in a lonely spot. This Sadhana is said to stop and control the excessive rainfall that is causing flooding and damage to life and property.
