These are most simple home remedies for Obesity and Flatulence.
Obesity
Early in the morning take the following ingredients
1 full glass of warm water
4 teaspoon lime juice
2 teaspoon honey
Mix all the above ingredients and drink the water.
This simple drink reduces fat and makes one slim. However it must be kept in mind to take light and proper diet, some exercise is advisable.
Flatulence
Take the following ingredients
2 teaspoon of lime juice
A pinch of dry ginger powder
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of Indian long pepper [powdered]
A pinch of asafoetida
A pinch of mineral salt
Mix all the above ingredients and take the mixture. This is said to reduce Flatulence and Gas quickly.

Sir, i went through your remedy of loosing weight by using warm water, lemon & honey for 3 days , but realized that the moment i consumed it ,i after a few minutes experienced severe abdominal pain.I have stopped it & want to know what could have been the reason behind it?Can i consume only water and honey?
