Home remedies for Knee Pain

I am giving here two Indian home remedies for the common problem of Knee pain. These remedies make the use of common India spices used in cooking. These remedies are useful in relieving Knee pain. These are two separate remedies, they can be tried individually as well as together.

Please note that this has been given for information purposes only and not as a replacement for any existing treatment. Numerous such remedies are used in India making the use of common herbs and cooking ingredient's for good health and Wellbeing.

2.5 teaspoons of Methi [मेथी] called Fenugreek seeds in English.
3 teaspoons of Jeera [ज़ीरा] called Cumin seed in English.

Keep these two items to soak overnight in 1 full glass of water. In the morning filter the water and drink it. This should be done on an empty stomach. Drinking this water will reduce the Knee pain.

2 teaspoons Haldi [हल्दी] Turmeric in English.
I teaspoon Hing [हींग] Asafoetida in English.

Soak these two items in water to make a paste. Apply this paste to the Knee. Doing this will relieve the pain.
