    Hai i have some qwestions about wering the rudraksa on your nek.can i always keep it on my nek,can i take a shower with it,can i eat meat when its on my nek,if im in my montly periode can i keep it on my nek,can i sleep with it on my nek,what do i have to do.

    I have my planet stone in a gold ring,can i always keep it on my fingers and do everything with it on my fingers,or do i have to take it off sometimes.

    Some sects prescribe rules for the wearing of the Rudraksh Beads on the body.
    Others say everything including meat. Rudraksh, and periods are also the creation of Shiva so it does not matter, the good and bad reside only in your mind.
    It is entirely up to you. as regarding sleeping with the Beads in your neck do it if you feel no discomfort.

    Since the mantra is said to fulfill our innermost wishes, should we meditate on or visualize our wishes before chanting the mantra? Or we need not do anything but chanting since God knows it all?

    In this mantra there is a confusion in word manovanchhit(English) and stated in hindi as manovanchhitam.How to spell it correctly

      The mantra can be chanted at any time during the day, if there is any difference in the two versions, please use the Hindi or Sanskrit language Version of the Mantra, which is the original.

    Does it also protect from malefic planets and cruel people in the society. Please share some light on this Guruji. I am reciting Shiva Chalisa, Daridrya Dahana Shiva Stotram and Kala Bhairava Ashtakam for now.
