This is the Dhyan Mantra, or the Mantra, to meditate or contemplate on the great immortal saint of the Navnath Sampradaya Guru Gorakhnath.

The one contemplating on Guru Gorakhnath visualizes his as being as pure as a clear and spotless crystal; as being Ever-Existent. The eternal light; one beyond the Gunas;the one without a blemish.

      This is a Dhyan Mantra of Guru Gorakhnath and it cannot be harmful, you can recite it any time or mentally, if you wish.
