This is a Yantra; a geometrical configuration the wearing of which on the body is said to relieve one of Migraine.
This Yantra has to be written on a nice clean white piece of paper with the paste of Sandalwood and tied around the head of the patient suffering from Migrane. The word Amuk[अमुक] is to be replaced with the name of the patient.

Is it an one time practice or what?please explain I am suffering from migraine since many years..
