Nuclear war due to French neglect - Nostradamus
These are a couple of related Prophecies of Nostradamus which are sure to be fulfilled in the near future. Nostradamus is in my opinion clear on the fact that bloodshed of a massive magnitude will be caused; this will be due to the neglect of the French.
Iran has successfully enriched uranium; if this is due to the help of the French is unknown. France which was aiding the Iranian nuclear program before the revolution had thereafter ceased to do so. If some sort of clandestine help was given is also unknown.
The Prophecy 2 18 speaks of bloodshed over the land and sea in France. The destruction of a fleet and an opening to the Persians.
In the prophecy 2 – 18 Nostradamus indicates that a vast area comprising of Northern Italy, Central Italy. Switzerland and France will suffer destruction. The American fleet will be destroyed. Here Nostradamus also prophesizes that France will be accused and taken to task by the other members of the UN Security Council.

Le port Phocen de voiles & nefs couuert.
France will cause discord because of negligence; and give an opening to the Mohammedans. The land and sea around Siena and the ships and sails of the port of Marseilles will be covered in blood.

Au lac Fucin de Benac le riuage,
Prins du Leman ou port de l'Origuion.
Nay de trois bras predict belliq' image.
Par trois couronnes au grand Endymion.
France will be accused of neglect by the rest of the five partners. Lake Garda to Lake Fucino to the Lake of Geneva will be in turmoil caused by the Persians. They will not have the fleets of the Americans due to the war like image.
