This mantra is said to secure you from these fears. The mastery over this mantra is obtained by reciting it 10,000 times. Then whenever you wish to use it; it has to be recited 108 times. The text also indicates that place where you have stored your wealth has to be kept clean and when you wish to open it a couple of Agarbattis [incense sticks] have to be lit and some red flowers offered to the spot.
