This is an ancient secret mantra from the ancient Hindu text the Rudrayamala Tantra. The experiments from this text are Aghori [fearsome].
This mantra is said to give one the power of telepathic communication
To attain Siddhi [mastery] over the mantra one has to worship Shiva as the Rudra Avatar and then apply kajal or Kohl to the palms and the soles of the feet. This kajal should be the home made variety found in Ayurveda shops.
Doing this is said to give you knowledge of all the three worlds. The Dev Lok [the higher astral world], Prithvi Lok [humans] and the Patal Lok [spirit world].You have to keep chanting this Mantra.

This is what you needs to chant everyday after taking bath & worshipping lord shiva (the very first thing after waking up). Do one to two round of mala daily for atleast a month or as long as you can & you will see drastic result (personally tried). The relaxation this mantra gives to your mind is beyond imagination. The power of this simple mantra can't be explained in words..:)
