Nostradamus - Mega tsunami in Italy

This Quatrain of Nostradamus is an obvious description of a Mega tsunami; one the like of which has never happened before. Obviously a futuristic Quatrain. This could be one of those Prophecies of Nostradamus leading to the coming World Climax. Where natural disasters accompanied by wars will cause immense death and destruction.

HIERON could mean Hieron II, king of Syracuse in Sicily during antiquity. The Syracusia was the ship which he built, this ship was said to be largest marine vessel of those times.

The waters mounting to Olympic Fesulan could mean; Fiesole an Italian town tracing its origin back to antiquity. This town is situated; on an elevation above the valley nearby where Florence is located.

Nostradamus - Mega tsunami in Italy

This suggests that the Mega tsunami will be of such a great magnitude that though centered around Syracuse which has a history of earthquakes, the tsunami will trigger off waves which will be so high that they will drown even the town of Fiesole which is located in the hills.

Au lieu que Hieron feit sa nef fabriquer

Si grand deluge sera & si subite,

Qu'on n'aura lieu ne terres s'ataquer,

L'onde monter Fesulant Olympique.

At the place where HIERON has his ship built, there will be such a great sudden flood, that one will not have a place nor land to fall upon, the waters mount to the Olympic Fesulan.
