This is a Muslim Mantra, which is said to call Jinn and make him accomplish any work or task for the person who has Mastered this Mantra. The Jinn, also called Djinn, is the Islamic word for a Demon and is called as a Genie in English, became popular because of the Arabian folktale, Aladdin and his Genie. In this post, is explained how this Jinn calling experiment is conducted.
Sadhana
This Sadhana is performed on a Friday, which falls after an Amavasya. An Amavasya is the New or No Moon night and the day, which falls immediately after an Amavasya, is known as the Pratipada. Hence, the Sadhana is done on a Pratipada after the first sighting of the Moon. This Sadhana has to be performed in a graveyard.
The practitioner has to sit down comfortably, light a Loban or Dhoop in the graveyard, and then chant this Islamic Jinn Prakitikaran Mantra 51 times, using a Hakik Mala [Counting Rosary made from Agate Beads].
This Sadhana has to be performed for 5 days [ During the Night] in a row. The Tantra states that on the completion of this 5 day experiment the Jinn appears before the practitioner. When the Jinn appear, the practitioner has to ask the Jinn to take a promise three times that he will appear whenever the practitioner calls him by chanting the Mantra. Then after taking the promise, the practitioner should let the Jinn go away.
Then whenever the practitioner wishes, he can call the Jinn by chanting the mantra once and make the Jinn do any work or task.

this mantra has to be chanted 51 times daily for 5 days or 51 maly (51x108 times) for 5 days...

Can this jinn calling sadhna be done at any other place than grave yard?
As you said, in which time should chant this mantra in that particular night, and which direction should sit and cloth to using to sit. And please say about the food to submit to jinn. I kindly request you to give the details about my doubts. Namaskar Guruji.
There is no protection or precaution Sadhana given in the Tantra for this experiment.
1) I have heard that without Guru any sadhana is not successful? Since this is a muslim tantra, can it be done without a Guru?
2) I have also heard that if you keep a Bhoot in servitude than for each day, it keeps your soul in servitude for 1000 years. Is that true for Jinn also? If yes, is there a solution to it or it is a mandatory price to pay?
The second point raised by you is mentioned in some texts, but in my opinion it is incorrect. Even if one succeeds in gaining mastery over a Jinn or Bhoot, they should never be unnecessarily troubled and always treated with respect.
The Mantra Sadhana can be commenced after the completion of the Amavasya on Friday.
Last clarification: you have mentioned '5 days' and NOT '5 nights'. does it mean it is a day sadhana? I believed Jinn sadhana would be night based..

Mahakaal Sanhita is a set of six volumes, which you can certainly study.

It should be performed in a Smashan Bhoomi or Kabrastan and time at night.

Is that means only three times the Jinn will appear and do the work given by us or only three times we can call the Jinn and ask him to fulfill our need or wish, Please clear my doubt Guruji.

No matter what happens, once you sit for recitation, you must not get up without completing 11 recitation. And, even if the jinns run away within the 108 days, you must not stop and keep on reciting for 108 days.
When our own religion has remedies they why do you have to go to other religions?
Amogh shiv kavach is more than enough for your problems.
Don't make the mistake of marrying jinns. You will have to go to narak after death because that is where jinns/pishach reside.
