Don't panic on 21 December 2012
To all the subscribers and readers of this site a short message don't panic on 21 December 2012. It will come and go like any other day and all the prophecies of doom will fall flat on their faces. Since the past 3 years this site has time and again stated with conviction that the world is not going to end on 21 December or for that matter any where in the near future.
The Mayan prophecies have not been properly interpreted. With just about 10 days left for the most famous and celebrated “Day of Doom” in the history of the world; predictably the Internet is full of all sorts of rumors and theories on how the end is going to take place; from comet hits to super tsunamis and nuclear explosions.
True the world has undergone and is still rapidly undergoing huge evolutionary changes; the human consciousness will undergo a drastic change. This is not due to 21 December, but due to the imbalance in the 3 Gunas or the 3 aspects of nature which manage and rule; not only our world; but also the entire cosmos.
The Satvik, Rajas and the Tamas Gunas or the Creative, Protective and the Destructive forces; called Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva in India will strive to correct the imbalances prevalent in nature at this moment of time. This period is going to period of great strife, wars, natural disasters and man made disasters; but definitely this will not cause the end of the world.
