Healing by Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra
This is a healing meditation on the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra also known as the Mrit Sanjeevani Mantra; the one that give the boon of life.
This variation of this great Shiva Mantra can be meditated upon to cure a loved one or even yourself from diseases.
The place where I have inserted the word name[नाम ] in brackets has to be replaced by the name of the person whom you want to treat. In case you wish to treat yourself, then insert your name.
As regards the number of chants please keep in mind the it is the quality which counts and not the quantity. You can chant 1 Mala or 108 chants; having faith that Shiva will do what is best for you.

You can practise this mantra as described in the post. Along with the mantra proper medical treatment should also be taken.
