The Muslim Mithai Vashikaran Mantra is an Islamic Tantra which infuses a Mithai [an Indian sweet] with the Vashikaran Mantra for the purpose of attracting a woman and putting her under a love spell.
The procedure is most simple – The Mantra is chanted 108 times with the Mithai, held in the right hand of the practitioner. Doing so infuses and binds the Mithai with the Mantra.
Before chanting the Mantra the practitioner has to write down the name of the girl and her father in place of the words फ़लां बिंत फलां which are contained in the Mantra and then chant the Mantra.
Once the chanting is completed the Mithai is ready for use as a Vashikaran Tantrik Item and it has to be given to the girl; who is sought to be attracted and brought under a Love spell. That’s all that has to be done.
