This is a mantra for those who wish to build and own a house. The mantra also gives success in matters related to land; including land disputes and buying and buying and selling. The mantra can be practiced if you are unsuccessful in building a home for yourself or unlucky in matters related to land.
The Mantra Prayog is done in front a Shree Yantra. The description is given HERE. The Shree Yantra is kept on a Red colored piece of cloth. Then an Agarbatti and a lighted Diya have to be kept in front of it and 1 Mala of the mantra has to be chanted every day, using a Kamal Gatta Mala; a counting rosary made from dried seeds of a lotus.
This Sadhana is said to ensure success if the mantra is chanted 10,000 times. Then when the Sadhana is complete the Mala has to be immersed in flowing water. The Shri Yantra can be kept in the Pooja Place.

Sorry for my interference, But i am doing so as i know a sure method for the said problem, hence.
This has to be done by the propertry owner himself. Daily during his meals after he has been served with items prepared for meals & when he mixed them all for eating, before eating he should kept a fist full of same ( about to consume) outside of his plate and after completing his meals, without washing his hands should keep that fist full of meals what he kept by side of his meals plate outside his house and then wash his hands etc., works go ahead. This has to be continuously done till property is disposed.
This will ensure not only EARLY DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY, BUT ALSO FOR A GOOD REASONABLE RATE TOO PL. It is a tested remedy sure to give results. TQ
