A specific Tantra to be disease free for life is given here; this is an Aghori Tantra [Black or Fearsome]. I will describe it as it is actually practiced by some Tantriks. On the day of an Amavasya, the Tantrik catches a crow and keeps it in a cage and then goes to sleep.
Then the next day in the morning he bathes the crow using clean water. Then he cleans the cage and feeds the crow Curd, Rice and Honey and gives it Rose Water to drink. Then during the course of the day he gives the crow some food grains and water. This same routine is followed by the Sadhak throughout the week,
Then on the seventh day he light Dhoop in a closed room and frees the crow from the cage. He then worships his Ishta Devta. Then he catches the crow and puts it back again into the cage and then takes the crow to a lonely place and frees it from the cage.
Before releasing the crow he removes a few feathers from the back of the crow. He then inserts the feathers in a Silver Locket and ties it on his right forearm. It is said that till the locket remains on the forearm, the Sadhak will be free from any kind of disease or ailment.
