ROOT MANTRAS FOR THE SEVEN CHAKRAS
One more way of energizing THE SEVEN CHAKRAS is the use of sound which corresponds to that particular chakra,this unique sound wave length or frequency is also known as the Beej or Root Mantra of that particular chakra.
The seven chakras can also be energised by reciting
These sounds have no meaning attached to it and while chanting them the mind should be unbiased,this will stimulate the chakras.When you practise this sound meditation the results will be noticeable in a very short period of time.

e)SOME WORDS CANNOT BE PRONUCED, HENCE WILL U PL SEND THE SEVEN MANTRAS IN TELUGU OR HINDI (PREFERABLY TELUGU).

DeleteThis is a vast subject; for beginners maintaining or attempting to maintain silence along with introspection helps in cultivating the mind to explore and expand.
Silence is very difficult to achieve; so watching your thoughts like a by stander is another method to cultivate the mind.
The number of chants and time is immaterial, the mind has to be first and foremost be prepared to expand; then the questions and answers start coming by themselves.
How do I pronounce them? I request to provide us with corresponding Hindi versions of the mantras.
