The seven chakras can also be energised by reciting
These sounds have no meaning attached to it and while chanting them the mind should be unbiased, this will stimulate the chakras. When you practise this sound meditation the results will be noticeable in a very short period of time.

a)WHEN SHOULD THE ROOT MANTRA RECITED.
b)HOW MANY TIMES IT SHOULD BE RECITED.
c)THE WORDS LIKE LAM, VAM, RAM, YAM, HAM & OM SHALL ALSO BE RECITED.
d)THE SEVENTH ONE IS SILENCE, FOR HOW MUCH TIME IT SHOULD BE MAINTAINED.
e)SOME WORDS CANNOT BE PRONUCED, HENCE WILL U PL SEND THE SEVEN MANTRAS IN TELUGU OR HINDI (PREFERABLY TELUGU).
This is a vast subject; for beginners maintaining or attempting to maintain silence along with introspection helps in cultivating the mind to explore and expand.
Silence is very difficult to achieve; so watching your thoughts like a by stander is another method to cultivate the mind.
The number of chants and time is immaterial, the mind has to be first and foremost be prepared to expand; then the questions and answers start coming by themselves.
I don't have any idea how to pronounce these mantra.
Could you pls guide me with the pronunciation and also tell how many times we have to recite then and at what time.
With Regards
