Take a deep breath and count 1,2,3,4 while inhaling.
Then hold your breath while counting 1,2,3,4.
Then exhale while counting 1,2,3,4.
Then again count 1,2,3,4 and hold your breath.
Repeat this procedure 10 to 15 times daily.
Then when you start feeling comfortable and used to this procedure, after some days start increasing the count to 10 to 12
