Hindu Mantra for Kundalini Rising - 2

The purification, activation and raising of the Kundalini Shakti, that lies dormant at the base of the Spine is the end goal of the followers of Kundalini Yoga.  Numerous techniques, including Yogic Mudras, Bhakti Yoga and certain Vibrational Hindu and Buddhist Mantras are prescribed by the Adepts who have experienced this elusive state of being.

The Kundalini Awakening Mantra given in this post is a Devotional Hindu Mantra, invoking the Shakti present inside the Kundalini as the various form of the Universal Mother Goddess or the Shakti Mata. The second part of the Mantra having 10 Beej Mantras is similar to the Kundalini Jagran Mantra, which I had published a few years back.

The Kundalini Tantra
About a teaspoon of Tulsi Leaves Juice [juice of the leaves of the Holy Basil Plant] and a pinch of Bhasma [sacred ash from the Puja Place or a Mandir] have to be infused first with the Gayatri Mantra, by chanting the Gayatri Mantra 108 times and then by the Kundalini Mantra given here, in this post, by chanting it 108 times.

Both the Tulsi leaves Juice and the Bhasma should be kept in front of the practitioner as he chants the Gayatri and Kundalini Mantras to infuse them.  The Sadak should chant the mantra in a sitting position, keeping his Spine erect, yet comfortable.

After the completion of the Mantra Chanting, the practitioner should drink the infused Tulsi Leaves Juice along the Bhasma.
