Nari Vashikaran Mantra
This is another way in which the Kamakshi Vashikaran Mantra can be practiced; it is a small departure from the usual procedure. The word Nari is used in this Vashikaran Mantra. Nari, नारी means woman and hence the mantra is called the Nari Vashikaran Mantra, a mantra to put a woman under a spell of attraction.
The Vashikaran Experiment
The practitioner should take a bath early in the morning after Sunrise, wear fresh and clean clothes, sit comfortable, facing the Southern Direction and chant this mantra 108 times.
A Coral Mala should be used for the purposes of counting the mantra.
The Sadhana should be continued for 21 days.
After 21 days, the practitioner gains Mastery over the mantra, after which the following experiment can be conducted.
3 Cloves have to be immersed in a little bit of the Milk of a Black Dog for 3 days. After the Milk dries up, the practitioner has to apply a little bit of his Semen on the Cloves. Then these Cloves have to be given to the woman desired to be put under a Vashikaran Spell to eat.
All the items used for the Spell have to be infused with the Vashikaran Mantra by chanting it 21 times.
This experiment might sound weird, but that is how it works, according to the Akarshan Tantra.

Please ye batayen ki kya is mantar ko 108 baar se zayada bhi jap sakte aur drive karte ve ya office mein bathh kar bhi zaap kar sakte hein
There is no need to do that, the Vashikaran Experiment should be performed only as detailed in the article.
