English Translation
Om namo loha ka loha jad ki kudi hamari pind ishwar ki brahmataal hamara pind veer hanuman rakshan karnewala chu ll
Om namoji adesh hanumantveer bajrang baje dhar shakini, dakini, bhut, prêt, jind, khaees, ko thoke maar nahi maara to niranjan nirakar ki dahi chu ll

ॐ नमो लोहा का लोहा जड़ की कूडी हमारी पिंड इश्वर की ब्रह्मताल हमारा पिंड वीर हनुमान रक्षण करनेवाला छू ll
ॐ नमोजी आदेश हनुमंतवीर बजरंग बाजे धार शाकिनी, डाकिनी, भुत, प्रेत, जींद, खईस.को ठोके मार नहीं मारा तो निरंजन निराकार की दाही छू ll

There is no Vidhi for this Mantra, you can take a pledge on any Tuesday, before a photo or Murti of Hanuman to chant the mantra 11 times daily.
