This is a short Prarthana or Prayer in the Marathi language for forgiveness. This Prayer is normally recited as a Prayer of forgiveness towards Sai Baba of Shirdi, but it can also be recited towards any Deity or Saint you feel comfortable with.

This is a great way to begin the New Year with.

Meaning
Every moment I commit countless sins l
What should I do if you do not forgive me ll
I have committed mistakes God please answer my prayer l
Forgive your child so I can only lust for you ll

Shanoshanni apradh karitse tyachi ganti nahi l
Kaay karave shama na karshil tari mag ya dinahi ll
Chuklo bahutari deva amucha nach avher karava l
Shama karavi dinvatsala chitti lobh asava ll

क्षमा प्रार्थना
क्षणोक्षणी अपराध करितसे त्यांची गणती नाही l
काय करावे क्षमा न करशील तरी मग या दिनाही ll
चुकलो बहुतरी देवा अमुचा नच अव्हेर करावा l
क्षमा करावी दीनवत्सला चित्ती लोभ असावा ll
