This is a Jain Mantra for brain and mind expansion. This overall capacity of the brain and mind is substantially increased as a result of the chanting of this mantra.
As this is a Jain Mantra; it is always advisable to follow the basic principles of Jainism which I have given in the post on this Jain Mantra.
The recommended practice of this mantra has to be done during the period of the Brahma Muhurta. The Brahma Muhurta is that period approximately 1 ½ hours before Sunrise; the vibratory energies present in the atmosphere are said to be at their highest during this period; this period is said to be the best for any kind of meditation and worship.
The mantra has to be chanted for 5 Malas or a total of 540 Chants; using a Mala of yellow Hakik stone is considered as auspicious.

DeleteIf unable to find one, them use a Rudraksha Mala.
Is it necessary to use Rudraksha mala or Rosery for chanting (any mantra)? Because from all the posts I have read from you, you have indicated that dissolve yourself in the mantra and make it the point of concentration. Would a simple mobile tap counter be used instead?
