Surya Mantra to purify the skin

Surya Devta; the Sun is the source of life for everything in this Solar System we live in. The mantra given in this post is a simple Surya Mantra which if used properly will enable you to purify the skin and remove and eradicate all types of skin diseases; including chronic ones.

Early in the morning after having a bath sit comfortably outdoors in the early morning rays of the Sun and chant this mantra with your eyes closed. The mantra has to be chanted 108 times using a Red Sandalwood Mala.

This practice will make your skin glow, purify and blood and skin and charge the body with a fresh dose of positive energy.
