ReplyDeleteThe Sun Mantra has to be chanted at Sunrise it is not necessary to stand in front of the Sun for the Mantra Chanting, it can also be done indoors.
DeleteNo, It should be changed facing east at sunrise. This is the vedic tradition. Indoor isn't acceptable.
