Interesting Facts about Ganesha in Numerology

In this post, I have written about some very interesting information about Ganesha and the number 3 in numerology. This is the 21st Century, which is also number 3 and there is a co-relation between it and the worship of Shri Ganesha.

As per traditional Indian Jyotish Shastra and numerology the number 3 has been attributed to Lord Ganesha. Some interesting facts about this number are given below.

1] There are 84,000 Yonis – 8+4=12=2+1=3

2] Some of the examples mentioned below of the number 21 – 2+1=3

21 Durvas are offered to Ganesha.

Naivedya of 21 Modak is offered to Ganesha.

21 Parikrama are done around a Ganesh Murti.

Normally 21 Aavartan of any Ganesh Stotra are recommended or performed.

Out of the 21 Lokas or Place of Existence like Prithvi Loka, Indra Loka or Surya Loka, the 21st Loka, which is the Swaanand Loka is the preferred Loka of Ganesha.

3] 3 Shaktis – Mahakali, Mahalakshmi and Mahasaraswati

3 Gunas – Satvik, Rajsik and Tamsik

3 Ganas – Dev, Manushya and Rakshasa

3 primary Lokas – Dev, Prithvi and Pataal [heaven, hell and earth]

Tridev or Divine Trinity of Hinduism – Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh

3 Stages of Life- Birth, Life and Death

3 Stages of Existence of anything, including the Universe- Creation, Protection or Survival and Annihilation or Destruction.

3 Stages of the Life of the Earth – Utpatti, Sthiti and Laya

4] 360 Vishwa Lahar, which govern the life of Earth and everything it contains – 360÷3=120=1=2=0=3
