Mantra to Relieve Menstrual Pain

The Shabar Mantra given by me in this post is a health mantra for relieving pain due to cramps in the lower abdomen, lower back, and other parts of the body. A little bit of Menstrual Pain is normal but when the pain becomes unbearable, them this Shabar Mantra experiment can be useful in getting comfort from the pain.

The mantra does not need to be Mastered in order to conduct the pain relieving experiment, Even though, the mantra is dedicated to the Mother Goddess Mansa Devi there is no need for any kind of Puja-Worship- Sadhana essential to practice the mantra.

The Experiment- The practitioner has to take a small piece of fresh Aadrak [Ginger], infuse it by holding it the hand and chanting the mantra 3 times, and then give the Ginger piece to the woman suffering from menstrual pain to eat. The experiment can be practiced by the practitioner on herself, in the same manner, if she is the one who is suffering from menstrual pain.
