This is a Vastu Shastra remedy to sell and buy a house. Vastu means a dwelling and Devta means the deity of the dwelling and Vastu Shastra means the science of constructing dwellings. These remedies are a part of traditional Indian paranormal remedies and beliefs. This Sadhana is practiced to invoke the blessings of the Vastu Devta in the selling of a house and in purchasing a new one.
Before commencing dinner, a little bit of each and every food item in the plate is kept aside on a piece of paper. Then after finishing the dinner and before washing the hands or rinsing the mouth, that piece of paper is kept outside the house.
This piece of paper containing a little bit of each and every food item is said to be a Prasad or Offering to the Vastu Devta. This practice is said to ensure that there is no illness, bad and harmful energies or shortage of money or food in the house.
If you are desirous of selling the house and purchasing a new house then after keeping the piece of paper outside the house a small prayer is said to invoke the Vastu Devta “Hey! Vastu Devta please give your blessing so that this house may be sold at a good price and a new one purchased as per our budget”.

Please advise Can we remove the Prasad to the bin in the morning by ourselves to clear the main door or it is to be removed by some one else.

Non-Veg food food not be offered to the Vastu Devta.
Others can eat non-veg food, but the food served to the Vastu Devta should be veg.
The other members can eat non-veg food.
do we need to gv only veg food to vastu devta or nv wll also do. for many days we need to do this. i take very late dinner arnd 12 at nite. that time can we do it.
