Simple Kundalini Meditation

This is a specific kind of Spiritual Meditation; based upon an ancient Indian method of meditation adapted to the present times. This meditation is helpful to those seeking the path to enlightenment, as well as to those seeking the Non Dual State and Kundalini energizing and awakening.

There are different means and methods to activate the Kundalini Shakti; this simple meditation also gives excellent results without time consuming exercises and mantra chanting. This mediation can be done in groups or individually.

First Stage
Relax the entire body, then calm the mind and make it alert without straining it. Ignore the emotions and feelings which enter the mind. Think and firmly say to yourself “I am the Supreme Being – The Divine Light; that sustains the Universe”. This is the center of your awareness during the meditation.

Second Stage
Affirm to yourself and fully believe in what you affirm “I am not this material body, I am the Supreme Being” “I am not the mind, I am the Divine Light”.

Third Stage
Ponder over this “I am the Supreme Being, I am the Ever-Existent” “I am radiating with the Divine Light, I am the Divine Light”

Fourth Sage
Affirm “I am one with everything, everything is me” “I am in everything, everything is in me”

Fifth Stage
Silence; let the center of awareness spread to you heart and all over the body, stay relaxed and calm. Live in your center of awareness for as long as you feel comfortable.
