Please can you clarify a few doubts for me as I am about to start this sadhana right away.
1. Can I recite this mantra while doing various other works, like during work, during travel while in bed, or it requires to be done in an utter meditation?
2. Can the number of chants, and the time of chant fluctuate each day?
3. If successfully completed, what occurences would take place and where, when and in which form will the yakshini meet me?
4. What mala shall I use to count the number of chants?
The last part I cannot answer because there is no hard and fast formulas and individual experiences and could differ. The Tantra is also silent on this.

Now that my parents have come to stay with me, will it be fine for me to continue it as I fear that yakshini may cause harm to them if at all I am successful?

Such Yakshini Mantra Sadhanas require Shanti,if you are sure of not being disturbed, then you can practice the Sadhana in your home, even if someone else is living with you.
The Sadhana must not be practiced in front of anyone, it has to be done in privacy.
And can we ask the yakshini more times something else, ya sirf ek dafa kuch maang sakte hai?
Because, for what I need, there is many things in the way.

is this perticular type of yakshini sadhna is one time procedure, or one need to perform this sadhna saperately for each wish
1. Do I have to take diksha from any aghori guru
2. Can I perform the sadhna at home office on streets bus anywhere

The Mantra Sadhan is for a specific wish.

अधिकांश लोग यक्षिणी का नाम सुनते ही डर जाते हैं. वे यक्षिणी की कल्पना भयानक आकृति की चुड़ैल या प्रेतनी के रूप मे करते हैं,लेकिन वास्तविकता इसके उलट है.साधक के समक्ष यक्षिणी सौंदर्य की प्रतिमूर्ति के समान उपस्थित होती है.
शिवजी ने रावण से कहा था-
अथाग्रे कथयिश्यामि यक्षिण्यादि प्रसाधनम
यस्य सिद्धो नराणाम हि सर्वे सन्ति मनोरथा:
[हे रावण,मे तुम्हे यक्षिणी साधन बताता हूँ ,जिसे सिद्ध करने पर सभी मनोरथ पूर्ण होते हैं.]
सर्वासाँ यक्षिणीनाम तु ध्यानँ कुर्यात समाहित:
भगिनी मातृ पुत्री स्त्री रूपन्तुल्यम यथेप्सितम
[इच्छानुसार बहिन,माता,पुत्री,स्त्री के समान मानकर यक्षिणी के स्वरूप का ध्यान करना चाहिए.]
---------क्रमश:
साधना एकांत मे हो,उस दौरान कोई विघ्न न डाले,न किसी से बात करेन.कार्य मे तनिक भी असावधानी से सिद्धि प्राप्त नही होति.जप तब तक जारी रखना चाहिए,जब तक यक्षिणी प्रत्यक्ष न हो.
----------क्रमश:
वातावरण मे नकारात्मकता न रहे,साधना सुरक्षित हो,पूजास्थल से आसुरी शक्तियाँ दूर रहें,इसके लिए रक्षा विधान कर लेना चाहिए. बाएँ हाथ मे पीली सरसों अथवा चावल लेकर दाहिने हाथ से ढक लें. निम्न मंत्र पढ़ कर सभी दिशाओं मे उछाल दें-
ओम अपसर्पन्तु ते भूता:ये भूता: भुवि संस्थिता:
ये भूता: विघ्न कर्तारस्ते नश्यन्तु शिवाग्यया
अप्क्रामन्तु भूतानि पिशाचा: सर्वतो दिशम
सर्वेशाम विरोधेन पूजा कर्म समारंभे.
मनोकामना के लिए संकल्प लें--मे 'अमुक' आत्मज---
आज दिनांक ---को अमुक यक्षिणी की बहिन/ माता/ पुत्री/ पत्नी के रूप मे आराधना उसके दर्शनार्थ और मनोकामना पूर्ति के लिए कर रहा हूँ .इसके लिए मे --दिनोमे----की संख्या मे मंत्र जाप का संकल्प लेता हूँ .------क्रमश:
जप से पूर्व माला की इस मंत्र से वंदना करनी चाहिए-

यह ध्यान रखें कि साधना संयमित होकर की जाये.ब्रह्म्चर्य का पालन आवश्यक है.. .
