Mantra to remove migraine - 3
This is a Shabar health mantra which is dedicated to Hanuman. This is another mantra to remove migraine.
You can also check the other two mantras given before in the section on Health Mantras. The Siddhi is acquired by chanting the mantra 108 times and taking some Bhasma [ash from the sacred fire]. This Bhasma has to be kept aside in an envelope for you to use it whenever required.
This mantra has to be practiced on any Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday before sunrise and after sunset. The procedure for practice is holding lightly the eyebrow located on the side of the head which is experiencing migraine [ in your fingers, like a pinch] while chanting the mantra and applying some of the Bhasma on that part of the forehead.

ReplyDeleteokay, so do you only say this mantra once for 108 times on one of those given days and then whenever one experiences a migraine, you apply the ash to the head? Or is this mantra to be recited on a weekly basis 108 times on one of those given dates? Can you also give english translation and proper pronunciation of the words. Appreciated!
