I suffer from severe anxiety and guilt pangs about random things in my life that happened years ago. I know it is silly but the fear and anxiety I feel is very real and physically affects me. I chanted this mantra and felt hopeful. Can you please elaborate more on rules to chant this mantra?

DeleteI recently had a fear that my hand would shake while signing papers and it actually did. now every time i need to sign any paper in front of some person ,i feel fearful and my heartbeat and my hand shakes a lot and i cannot manage to sign. please help me get this fear away
