    1) Sir, what should be the timings - Morning or evening ?
    2) how many chants daily ?
    3) any specific requirement ?
    4) any sort of special prayer before start ?
    5) siddhi etc

      This is a kind of Ganpati Meditation Mantra and specific rituals or requirements do not matter,
      You can chant the Mantra anytime you like.
      There is no need to say a prayer as Ganesha knows what is in your mind and why you are chanting the Mantra.

    Sir, should one mala daily is OK or only once a day will also OK ?
    In this case, is it appropriate to use rudraksh mala ?

      You can use the Rudraksha Mala, one Mala Japa, once daily should be sufficient for this Mantra.

    Sir, first time I have ambiguity in pronouncation. Is the mantra sound .......yaya as is pronounced for YAdav or. .....aya as is pronounced for aamla

      There appears to be no ambiguity, kindly take only the Hindi version into consideration.
