Is the bindu in the words लोकांना and वश्यं above the letters kaa and ya silent?If no then how do u pronounce it.

i have also done shiv vashikaran mantra before but never had any such bad dreams.
i want to know is there any mantra to find out whether boyfriend tells lie and be with other girl.when he is already in a relationship.
If yes, then, should i chant 1 lakh time taking her name, or while doing 108 chant or while doing both chant?
If no, then, should i only think about her and chant the mantra as it is?
Is there any particular ritual or day to begin it? and within how many days should i complete the 1 lakh jap? Please help, its urgent
