Shri Swami Samarth of Akkalkot, in Sholapur District in Maharashtra, is one of the most popular and widely worshipped Saints in the states of

Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. Swami Samarth is believed to be the incarnation of Dattatreya.

Numerous miracles are attributed to Shri Swami Samarth; The Samadhi of Shri Swami Samarth is situated in Akkalkot and is a major center of pilgrimage for his devotees,who throng there to seek his blessings.

This is an Aarti of Shri Swami Samarth, which is normally recited in the morning. I have tried to translate as best as I could.

Jay jay sadguru Swami Samartha aarti karu guruvarya re l
Agaadh mahima tav charnancha varnaya mati de ya re ll Dhru.ll
Akkalkoti vaas karuniya daveli aghatit charcha re l
Leelapashe badh karuniya,todile bhavbhaya re ll 1 ll
Yavane pushile swami kahan hai l Akkalkoti paha re l
Samadhisukh te bhovuni bole,dhannya swamivarya re ll 2 ll
Jaansi maniche sarvasamartha vinvu kiti bhavhara re l
Ituke deyi deendayala nach tav pad antara re ll
