Shakti Mantra of Mansa Devi

The Mother Goddess is also known as Mansa Devi; Mansa means the one who fulfils the wishes of devotees.

Amongst the various temples dedicated to Mansa Devi is the one situated at Haridwar. This temple located on the top of a hill named Bilwa Parvat in the Shivalik range of the Himalayas is a Siddha Shakti temple.

Scores of devotees have experienced that even the most stubborn of wishes get fulfilled here. I have heard the first hand miraculous experiences of those who have got their wishes fulfilled by worshiping the Goddess with sincerity.

  6. How does one pronounce Devye? De-vee-eh? Dev-ye? Dev-ee-yeh? Or what? And isn't Mansa supposed to be Manasa or is that simply a Wikipedia mistake? Also, if the goddess is the goddess of nagas, isn't she dangerous as well especially for a child of 13 to worship?

  7. Dev-Ye is the nearest, the name of the goddess and what is given in the mantra are 2 different things.
The Devi is a form of the Divine Mother and there is nothing dangerous about her.
