Chant the Mantra on your little finger 1 time and then blow your breath on the little finger and then do the same on your ring finger, middle finger, and so on till the thumb.
And immediately after you finish the Mantra Chanting and blowing your breath on your thumb close your fist and chant the Mantra 3 times and then blow your breath over your fist and then rub your palm all over your face
