Healing Health Problems By Gayatri Mantra

A very simple method of healing common every day ailments and health problems like headaches or fever is to infuse water with the sacred Gayatri Mantra and to consume this Gayatri Mantra infused water like a healing medicine. In this post, I have described a couple of easy to perform healing remedies, which can be useful to the regular chanters of the Gayatri Mantra or the lay-person.

For getting relief from headaches
If a person is suffering from severe headaches, including migraine, then take some fresh drinking water in a Katori or Mug and infuse it by holding the Mug in the right hand or keeping it in front of you and touching it with the right hand and chanting the Gayatri Mantra 108 times. Then the Mantra infused water should be given to the patient to drink.
If the patient for some or the other reason has closed his eyes then some of the infused water can be sprinkled over his head every half an hour or so.
Similarly a clean cloth can be immersed in the Gayatri Mantra infused water and kept over the forehead of the patient.

For getting relief from fever
The water has to be infused with the Gayatri Mantra in the same manner, which has been described above and a couple of spoons of the infused water should be given to the patient every three hours, in the same way like a tonic.
If the patient is suffering from high fever, then the cloth can be kept on his forehead in the same manner, which has been described above.
If the patient has become delirious from fever, then the Gayatri Mantra infused water can be sprinkled over his face and body.
