2G Spectrum Scam Cover - Up
A Raja the former the former Telecom Minister I am sure might have been influenced by his astrologer to enter politics. The learned astrologer might have forecast that Raja had a powerful ‘Rajyog’ in his horoscope, that he would gain national and international fame, his name would be on the lips of everyone. The forecast has come true for A. Raja, the Pawn who everyone loves to call the King.
Raja alleged to have masterminded the Rs. 1.76 crores 2G Spectrum scam was finally arrested on 2/2/2011 by the C.B.I. along with two other government officials. The arrest ‘ceremony ‘comes just a couple of days after all the rituals like the Congress Party and D.M.K poll alliance was firmly sealed, after the meetings between Raja’s ‘Owner’ M.Karunanidhi and the owner of the Congress Party Sonia Gandhi. There was also a meeting between Karunanidhi and Manmohan Singh, this probably to take the heat away from Sonia if some tough questions are raised.
This scam is also headed for a cover-up like its predecessor the up. This scam now appears to be on the back burner with the bigger Swiss Funds investigations now looming large around the corner. Raja the Pawn is being made to look like a King by one and sundry, so as to take the heat from the real beneficiaries, just like Suresh Kalmadi the other alleged Kingpin in the Commonwealth Games Scam.
The most mystifying thing about the investigation is total concentration on Raja and ignoring the beneficiaries, the corporates and policy makers who bent the rules and indulged in a criminal conspiracy to defraud the exchequer the end result of which was a scam of a magnitude never before witnessed in India. The main focus is on procedural lapses by Raja and not on how to recover the looted money and punish the guilty.
The modus operandi of the Congress Party is that now that the Supreme Court of India is monitoring the investigation; let the law take its own course. Now the Supreme Court cannot go and conduct raids and interrogate those who appear to be prima facie guilty. The court has to depend upon whatever evidence given to it by the investigating agencies, yes it raps these agencies from time to time, but can’t do the field work which the agencies have to do.
Volumes of documents relating to the scam are in the public domain. Yet no has even questioned the beneficiaries, who are equal partners in this scam along with the persons who control the Government of these Ramu Kakas

On wonders what the 'investigating' agencies are doing. You are so right about the cover-up process. They waited so long to arrest him so that all the modalities of electoral alliance were in place. It is also why the 'resignation' was only accepted yesterday by the DMK. It is the injured party and has begun accusing JJ for being corrupt too! Come let's all join the party, why are you being a party-pooper by exposing me?
