3 Words Vishnu Mantra to Destroy Evil
In this post, I have written about a 3 Words Vishnu Mantra to Destroy Evil. The Evil in the context of this Lord Vishnu Mantra means enemies and envious and jealous persons who wish to cause harm to the practitioner.

This Vishnu Mantra also like most of the 3 or 4 words Mantras of Lord Vishnu published is based upon one of the names of Vishnu Bhagwan contained in the Shri Vishnu Sahasranam Stotram, which was composed by Ved Vyasa who is considered to be the original composer of many ancient Hindu texts, including the Mahabharata and the Bhagavad Gita.
A commentary on the Shri Vishnu Sahasranam Stotram called the Bhagavad Guna Darpanam was composed by Sri Parasara Bhattar who was a disciple of Swami Ramanujacharya.
Sri Parasara Bhattar had also highlighted the immense benefits of chanting a few selected names of Bhagwan Vishnu as stand-alone Mantras for fulfilling specific purposes.
This Vishnu Mantra, like the other Mantras, which were published in recent times on this site has been described by Sri Parasara Bhattar in the Bhagavad Guna Darpanan. Hence, followers of Mantra Vidya should have absolutely no hesitation in considering these Mantras to be the most powerful and effective Mantras for specific purposes.

The meaning of this Vishnu Mantra – I Salute the Vishnu who has the Sudarshan Chakra / सुदर्शन चक्र धारण करने वाले विष्णु को मेरा नमन
The practitioner should visualize Lord Vishnu holding the Sudarshan Chakra while chanting this Mantra.
The Sudarshan Chakra is one of the most famous weapons of Lord Vishnu and it has been described in various Puranas and ancient Hindu texts. The primary function of the Sudarshan Chakra was to destroy evil and even the mightiest of evil entities could not escape annihilation from the Sudarshan Chakra.
