Is this a tratak procedure to focus on the medium (eyes of the photo) and chant the mantra OR is it allowed to blink the eyes? As that can break the concentration. Chanting the mantra I calculated can take about 45 minutes for 1008 repetitions. This can be a long trataka without blinking. Please guide accordingly.
ReplyDeleteKindly explain what is not clear in the post. The mantra procedure is to chant 1008 times for 5 continuous days. And then it says, repeat with full concentration for 2-3 times. Does it mean, the complete procedure need to be repeated again? So, for 10-15 days in total?
ReplyDeleteThe post has been written by a guest blogger, it is a Tratak Prayog in which you have to keep gazing in the eyes of person in the photo, it is very much likely that you will blink many times, but you must try to keep your focus as much as possible.

What it means is that the full procedure should be repeated 2-3 times if success is not gained the first time.

DeleteMy experience: Tried this Vashikaran prayog 2 times (1008 times x 5 days) consistently, tratak without blinking eyes (able to tratak for 20min at a stretch without blinking with utmost concentration) and with utmost ichcha shakti during the practice.
ReplyDeleteI'm reporting the result after 1 month of patience. There was no report from the target. Therefore, it did not work in my case to conclude unfortunately.
